right now: 6'1, 232lbs, 12-15% bf.
going to start cutting in March, as well as begin a cycle.
goal is to get to below 10% bodyfat....8% would be nice. and hoepfully gain some lean mass along the way.
that would mean dropping 18lbs of fat, and I'm basically going to continue dieting until I get there. hopefully not longer than 12 weeks.
