OK...time for the beginning of the year stats thread

202 pounds
5 feet 9 inches
8-10 % body fat(its been a month, i dropped from 10 to about 8 or so..i think maybe)
bench 330
squat 425

Spring Quarter Bulk Cycle:
WK 1-10 500 mg/wk sust
WK 1-4 50 mg/day anadrol
WK 9-13 50 mg/day winny
WK 13 100mg clomid
WK 15 and 15 50 mg clomid

i hope to be around 220 lbs at the end of the cycle
 
6'4 265 16% bf 20 inch arms 28 inch quads 52 inch chest 21 inch neck 18 inch calfs 36 inch weist.

In 8 weeks I would like to drop my b.f down to 10% and weigh some where around 245-250 thenb start my next cycle of fina and test.

goal - 218 @ 12% if possible. If that is too much for my body to handle then 240 @ 19%.

My primary goal is to lose weight in such a way that i maintaining the loss is low maintenance. I dont know where my priorities will be in a year so i want the maintenance phase to be as low maintenance as i can and i think pushing my body too far into thinness could fuck that up.

I am hoping to restart dieting in a few weeks again. I got my pharmacology/cardio/diet plans already worked out.

6'1" 240's 12% or so.

goal- 6'1" 245 @ 8%

Tired of bulking and then cutting every fall/spring. I just wanna stay under 10% and gain lean mass. Assisted of coarse :)
 
6'3", 242lbs, 10% bodyfat. Hopefully by spring I will be around 250 at 8%. Next cycle starts as soon as I knock up my old lady.
