OK...time for the beginning of the year stats thread

I'm fat as hell...holidays and girlfreind...lets see.....6", 210, 18%...getting ready for a nice cycle in Feburary, if i can only stop getting sick..
 
243, BF 6-7%.

No plans for spring break in terms of body changes but by the end of this year, want to be 255+ with 6-7% bodyfat.

Don't really care about strength goals.
 
right now: 6'1, 232lbs, 12-15% bf.

going to start cutting in March, as well as begin a cycle.

goal is to get to below 10% bodyfat....8% would be nice. and hoepfully gain some lean mass along the way.

that would mean dropping 18lbs of fat, and I'm basically going to continue dieting until I get there. hopefully not longer than 12 weeks.

wght: 240 lbs.
bf %: unk. 15 %?

Currently have been off for 2 months, even from lifting. I will probably start back up by end of Feb.

Goals:
wght: 250-260
bf %: 10-12%

Current stats: 199 lbs. and about 8% bodyfat.

In 8 weeks I would like to be 210 lbs. with no more than 1% gain in bodyfat. This should be possible when I go back on creatine after 4 more weeks, increase AS doses, and lift more frequently.
 
Beginning of year stat's thread

First post on the Elite boards... I promised not to embarrass my brother quaddie - LOL

beg yr stats:

136 lbs @ 15%
started comp diet 4 weeks ago
lost 2 lbs bf, gained 1lb lmass last couple weeks
(had surgery, lost a lot of muscle over holidays)

8 weeks from now:

127-130 lbs @ 10-12%
- we will see...

Competed last year at Jr. Natls - placed 9th in MW. Had a fantastic time and got to stand next
to my brother's girlfriend on stage. That's what its all about - having fun! Take care.
