Well fukit rock out. I wonder if these get juice to the gills contests are actually in the competitors best benifit. I have read some post elswhere that were pretty damn harsh on the first one.

please crop the damn photo where your pubes aren't showing, damnit! some of us are at work. One of my workers came in right when the damn attachment hit full size. I missed the damn "minimize" button and shit got maximized on my screen! pffft! bushboy!

damn bro, why do I have to be juice monkey? I told you fools about creatine & tuna fish!! lol I am 74" 235lbs & dropping bf to about 11%. I can hold water and gain weight with no problems. Being lean is a challenge for me. I have to do twice as much cardio as most of you just to keep from being fat. I know lots of dudes bigger & stronger than I am. :bfold:
 
Juice Authority: No offence bro, but get your diet and training in check before asking for a rematch. Gear is not your answer and I would suggest staying natural for a year or two, until you have built a good base. I suggest you contact Swolecat or someone else knowledgeable.
 
I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but shouldn't you practice what you preach if you're going around calling yourself an "authority"?
