hey man, I know what you mean. Those fuckin injections hurt like a mofo. You cant even tie your shoe, let alone put on a sock. This might help....boil water and put salt in it. Immediately after you take the shot, get a rag and put the boiling water on it and then press that against the cheek for about 10 min or so. Good luck bro

inject slow

Hey,

Try injecting slow as you can. The slower you inject the less tissue damage you do and the less pain you will be in. I use to rub and punch the site after to work in the juice. I just inject very very very very very very very slow. I walk away with almost no pain at all. And Im good to go the next day.

I made the mistake of doing my quad quick. I coudn't walk for 3 days.

and every time i did id get really bad pains in my back.

anyways.. just inject slow as possible.

If you can get some one to do it for you.... its better to have some do your injections for you...

Just be clean.. so you dont end up with an infection and have to get yoru shit cut open... then your really fucked...
