Ok Dudes, Long Or Short Cycles?

Which length of cycle do you use / suggest for gaining and keeping muscle.

Of coruse not because I am right and it is well documented by the medical community that your hpta shuts down two weeks or less into a cycle. By week 3 at heavy androgen doses you ain't producing any of your testosterone. That's the point at which Nelson suggests stopping - after you're completely shut down. That's when you need it the most. Nelson is an idiot.

You and I have chatted on several occassions regarding the short-cycle approach to AAS. I believe you were of the opinion that moderate doses taken over an 8-10 week period yielded the best results based on your experience. You were curious about Nelson's short-cycle theory but you mentioned that you haven't experimented with it because you questioned it's efficacy. I agreed with you that short cycles were healthier but we both felt that that 8-10 week cycle was a more effective approach.

Sure MUSCLES CAN GROW in a relatively short time.

But what about their neural counter-parts that let you move those muscles?

Adaptation to your new found muscle mass by your nerve clusters takes FAR, FAR longer hence why short-cycles under 8 weeks is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

End of story.

Why are we even on this topic?

Its been refuted by about a hundred people already but NM just wants to be a controversial marsupial like usual to sell his cherished e-books.
