Ok Dudes, Long Or Short Cycles?

Which length of cycle do you use / suggest for gaining and keeping muscle.

Seems Mr Montana has quite a fight on his hands. I am most interested in his reply.

Just one thing Mr Montana, but why do you particularly favour 3 weeks, why not two higher dose? I presume you think a lower dose for 3 weeks is better.

I would imagine a lot of guys are set in their ways on lengths of cycles but new guys are undoubtably unsure.

Well I am only writing here, because I really want to see a response from Mr Montana. And other opinons too. Don`t let this thread die!

This is a classic misunderstanding. It's undersatndable, because it seems to make sense. The problem is, the longer you stay on, the LESS capable you are of sustaining the gains once you come off. I'd like to hear from just ONE person that did a 16 week cycle, then came off and stayed off and held on to any of the gains a year later. Some may weight the same, but the added weight is just fat.

Permanent gains of 20 pounds from a single cycle? It can't be done. No how. No way. Consider yourself lucky if you get 5. And you don't need to be on for 3 months to gain 5 pounds.

Nelson, you are assuming that the amount of time you stay on is directly related to your recovery. I would say that this isn't the case based on reading peoples' experiences on longer cycles.

I guess it depends on you goals, funds, shit like that, I vote for longer cycle, I like between 10-12 weeks myself. 8 weeks goes by way to fast
 
if money is not an issue then 8weeks ON (fast acting gear), 4weeks OFF with gh bridge in the off weeks would be a great way to cycle
 
Hell,I am just getting warmed up after 8 weeks

I like how I look after the 8th week thru post.The best gains have come during the 1st 4 weeks though.I have started both cycles on D-bol and got 20+ lbs. on both cycles in the 1st 4 weeks.
 
A lot of Europeans like longer cycles 16 weeks.
Good results can be seen on both types of cycles.
In just like training variation can be good in cycle lengths as well.
Don't limit your gains try using different cycle durations.
 
I never read anything like this before. Only 3 week cycles? So your saying 3 weeks on then 3 weeks off??? what would your cycle look like??? higher dosage for shoter peroids of time? I found at least for me, that the juice don't kick in untill the 4th week.
