YOU SEE LATMIER KNOWS HES SHIT!:D HOW LONG OF A LAY OFF TILL NEXT CYCLE,..:fro:

After this cycle I will probably take 2-3 months off from doing any more AAS. This way I will know that my own test production will have time to recover before I shut it down again.

for those of you who favor the 6 month cycle, how much muscle can you gain?

20? 30? 40?

how fat you wanna get? if you can pack the food down, shit....i'd say you can do 20-30 easy......more and i'd throw up daily. its hard enough to eat enough for all that time. if i had time back where i did not eat enough and adjusted at the right times, gains would have been steady. but i lapsed a few times when i hit certain weights. no more of that shit, i'll eat a horse if i have to in order to get the cals. :D

The answer is 3 weeks.

But if recovery isn't an issue, hell, it doesn't matter much.

If you're going to stay on for more than 16 weeks and/or bridge or go back on in less than 2 months, you might as well not come off. It might actually be healthier.

For those people that put on 25 pounds on an 8 week cycle I think will have a harder time keeping that weight. When you go on a longer cycle you might not gain 5 pounds every week but I believe the gains are more solidified and your body builds support mechanisms for the extra weight you have added the longer your body is at this heavier weight. - cbeaks
