1. Does not the baby upon conception have a seperate DNA chain from the mother?
2. Is that DNA chain identical in construction to any human being and no other genus on earth?
3. The argument that since the baby requires a host body it isn't human has a logical fallacy attached. That same argument then can be extrapolated to anyone who is handicapped requiring a form of life-support, and the elderly and infirm. Very slippery slope!
4. As the previous notes validate that the child is human, the argument that a mother can do what she wants with her body does not apply as she has no rights with regards to that of another human body.
