Oh my god.. I feel like shhh...

I am on my bulking diet..as best of one I can handle...

3000 calories. 300g protein. 200g carbs. 90g fat. 1 gallon water.

I make all my food on sunday and bag it up and bring with me each day..

I slept late today.. 1 or 2..because I could.. and my sinus/throat feel a little fucked up.. mild sickness...

started eating.. I am on meal..oh.. 3? 4? of 6....

I feel like shit.. I'm not sure I can keep eating like this every 2-3 hrs..

do any of you have any tips? relieve some of my pain?

I already ditched ground turkey/sausage for extra chicken planks, these breaded.. the ground meat made me feel like shit.. i also added BBQ sauce (3-4 tbsp/day) to make all the chicken edible....

idk.. just.. throw me some advice I guess..
 
8-10 meals. drop 25% of the complex carbs in each meal and replace them with simple carbs, digestive enzimes, ration small amounts of broccoli or spinach into each meal, keep the fat low in the actual meals and eat handfuls of nuts between meals to get the fats. that diet doesnt look verry big to me.

I will try that.. 140g of my carbs come from long grain brown rice.. OJ or potato would probably be easier on me.. the rest (31g, juice) and (30-ish grams, peanut butter/shelled walnuts)

why the broccoli and spinach? vit. A?

Digestive enzymes would probably help a LOT.. I forgot to order them yesterday with my other stuff... guess I will have to overpay at GNC tmrw..
 
for 1 green veggies are crucial to our development. but you will find that after a little time your digestive health will be far better. drop the butters and just eat nuts, oj would pass faster than potato making it easier to eat more.

Awesome, I think this will help a lot. I will steam a cup or two of green veggies in the morning and throw them into my cooler. Switch to juice and nuts rather than butters.. Add digestive enzymes..

I also think I will throw in skim milk.. maybe a 1/4-1/2 gallon a day.. easier to get protein and carbs from that than extra chicken/ egg whites. (a dozen is a tough number.. I feel like clucking sometimes..)
 
Why did you decide on 3000 calories?

If you don't want to eat every 2 hours, then don't... That's god's given rule to bulking...
