I was wonderin if you guys could throw me some suggestions for my off days. Im runnin Winny ED @ 50mgs, one cap when i get up and 1 about an hr before workout and hydroxycut 2 times a day 3 caps each time. Im 22 5'9 and weigh about 210, i dont know for sure but i think my bf% is somewhere in the range of 10-14 i think (havent gotten it done in a while). My bench is at about 260 max which is a personal high. My diet pretty much consists of this:
Morning: Protein shake (40g) & oatmeal
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, w/ mustard & Salad w/ fat free dressin
Dinner: chicken or a peice of red meat w/ brown rice
Lift one muscle group per day then do 45min cardio on the stairmaster (burn approx 700 cals)
Post workout: protein shake (40g)
Hour or hour n a half after that can of tuna w/ low fat mayo, celery on wheat bread.
Before bed, protein shake (40g)
Im wonderin weather i should keep this diet on off days as well? Bump certain things out or increase others? Also if u guys have ne suggestions for my diet for "on" days let me know. Again i appreciate any help or suggestions.
