Now that is sick progress, Man what got into you? You have turned it up since Bluegrass?? Is that the turning point in your training? cause it seems like a lot of guys have been stepping up a huge knotch since then. Great job on all the lifts and keep it up bro

10x2x8.........My shoulders were on fire after all this....only a 30min workout but it felt like I worked them 1hr.

I would have went heavier on the PP's but i have a kink in my lower back, been bugging me for about a week.
 
Havent really been in the groove of things latley. My heart is doing funny stuff now thatq im doing more volume, maybe the transition was too fast. A couple of yrars ago I could run a mile like the wind, now my cardio is shit and every time I try to do intense cardio or high vloume weight training my heart murmers, or skips a beat after each workset. When I was doing 5x5 i didnt have any problems at all. I want to go to the doctor, but im more afraid of the doctor than i am of dying. I dont want him to tell me somthing is wrong and tell me to stop doing what i love to do.

Be careful Nick... take a step back and see if your heart still gives you crap... if it still does, go to a doctor. But back off first and see what happens.

I think im forgetting to breathe somtimes when I workout. But I will take it step by step. This doesnt happen all thie time.
 
nick work up to shorter rest times and higher volume...you can't just jump into that.

if that doesn't work see a doc man
 
Do you have any irregularities in your heartbeat?
Murmur?
Palpatations?
Even if it is slight it is possible for it to become magnified by insanely intense exercise that I do know you are performing.

Do you have a primary doctor?
Any chance you can findone with any athletic experience treating athletes?

I found that most DR's are pill writers and really do infact give the medical industry a bad name. Try and find one that was an athlete or works with athletes. It may sound crazy but sometimes I think the only people that understand us are or were athletes.
 
my heart is fine at resting pace...After the medly at Bluegrass it was beating hard and was skipping a little bit.
 
Don't just jump into cardio, most people will get irregular beat when perfoming task they are not conditioned for. Yes I know you want to go balls to the wall, like a real sicko, lol. just work into into it
 
decided to resurect my journal.

I quit my job cause I hated it, they told me when to come in and when I had to leave, wich was from 5am-6pm, by the time 7pm rolled in I was dead as a doornail.....Fuck that, I gotta have time to train.

Very good workout, had a strong heartbeat throughout the workout, felt very revived afterwards like usual!!!!

I will definitly be there!!!!! I will be back in the 200 division.
 
hopefully I wont finish last next time. But I will do my damnedest. I know what to train for. I just wish I had the equipmen to train with.
 
Although I do want to try conans walks, and will be making farmers soon, and I do have a log. I want some damn stones!!!!! heheh.
 
Train hard, and train for leg strength and lower back strength, You can do Zerchers walks with the Log. THe Stone I can't help you on, I am stil trying to learn them.... Farmer are great
