im sure thats a direct reflection of my unproportianate upper body strength. my progression as a weight lifter has gone through stages. focus in the begining was arms/ chest. then slowly added some back and finally legs. and you can see thats the case with the poundage on these lifts.

luckily ef has saved me :)

comments: definately irritated with my squats and my leg. while its not very painful, its still there. i definateley have a flaw in my squat to fix. trying to think positive about it and fix it early in the game before the loads get crazy :)
