Havent really been in the groove of things latley. My heart is doing funny stuff now thatq im doing more volume, maybe the transition was too fast. A couple of yrars ago I could run a mile like the wind, now my cardio is shit and every time I try to do intense cardio or high vloume weight training my heart murmers, or skips a beat after each workset. When I was doing 5x5 i didnt have any problems at all. I want to go to the doctor, but im more afraid of the doctor than i am of dying. I dont want him to tell me somthing is wrong and tell me to stop doing what i love to do.

go to a doctor bro.. dont be in denial... why are your workouts on the lower side for past few days..... i know you are capable of more
 
Be careful Nick... take a step back and see if your heart still gives you crap... if it still does, go to a doctor. But back off first and see what happens.

I think im forgetting to breathe somtimes when I workout. But I will take it step by step. This doesnt happen all thie time.
 
nick work up to shorter rest times and higher volume...you can't just jump into that.

if that doesn't work see a doc man
 
Do you have any irregularities in your heartbeat?
Murmur?
Palpatations?
Even if it is slight it is possible for it to become magnified by insanely intense exercise that I do know you are performing.

Do you have a primary doctor?
Any chance you can findone with any athletic experience treating athletes?

I found that most DR's are pill writers and really do infact give the medical industry a bad name. Try and find one that was an athlete or works with athletes. It may sound crazy but sometimes I think the only people that understand us are or were athletes.
 
my heart is fine at resting pace...After the medly at Bluegrass it was beating hard and was skipping a little bit.
 
Don't just jump into cardio, most people will get irregular beat when perfoming task they are not conditioned for. Yes I know you want to go balls to the wall, like a real sicko, lol. just work into into it
