45x2x8..........I really like using the bar, I start out w/ the bar in front and raises it slowly above my head
Wing Spreaders (side lateral raises)
10x2x8.........My shoulders were on fire after all this....only a 30min workout but it felt like I worked them 1hr.
I would have went heavier on the PP's but i have a kink in my lower back, been bugging me for about a week.
