Numbness and Tingling...

Since the neuropathy is during cardio and dissipates shortly after cardio and does not seem to affect you during leg workout days, I am assuming that it could be your shoes. A cheap way of finding out if it is your shoes is to loosen up the laces and wearing your shoes more loosely than normal before you try to buy new shoes. Not all sneakers or tennis shoes are created equal either. If you take your sneakers into your hand and they are easy to twist at the soles they are not very good. It is actually hard for me to explain without a visual, but nearly any running store should have a salesman that could explain it with a good visual. First, try to loosen up the laces and get more comfortable and then try a different shoe if possible. A pediatrist isn't too expensive to see, especially if you have decent insurance and your family doctor will give you a referral.

ok so try running barefooted lol, could be beneficial as to whats causing it,also do you have any medical conditions which my cause these symptoms ?
