Now that I've ordered these AF supplements, how should I structure my diet?

I'm wondering what my diet should look like to take full advantage of them, given the following factors.

I've been on a lower-carb TKD for several months, and have just started adding vegetables (and a couple pears) back into my diet recently.

I'm doing HST (hypertrophy specific training).

Obviously I want to lose fat and gain muscle mass. I'm natural, 5'9 160 lbs., lean enough to see a sixpack (but not an eightpack) when I flex my abs .

So I ordered:

THERMOREXIN (have been taking one-two caps a day for several months, down from up to four caps a day for several months)
GPLENISH
GLUCORELL-R


Also I'll be getting PF's ZIP, RECOVERY FORMULA (full of pwo carbs), and CREATINE (which I've already been on forever).

Any input/advice on how/when/what to ingest is much appreciated.
 
It seems that your best bet would be a 40/40/20 or 40/30/30 diet...TREX works best with and arounds carbs. Glucorell's purpose is with carbs and besides that, you can fuel yopur workouts and recover with G-Plenish :)

Those are probably the three most popular items at the AF store...
 
This should read.........I'm structured my diet, here are my goals and plans, now which supplements would you advise?
