Shit I bet I am already hungry as hell just one the 1000mcg every other day.. I sat down and pile drived 10 scrambled eggs, a power butter sandwich on ezeckle bread and a double serving protein shake ( espresso) and 10 mins latter I was eyeballing the batch of choc Banana protein bars I got in the fridge.

I soooo cheated with this batch though. I used half Power butter and half Natella .. OMG I could eat the whole tray its that good. So good its better then a candy bar. That will be the only carbs for the day though.. Except the broccoli I am going to down later with my lamb
