whats up guys i am running my first cycle of sust started at 250mg a week and peakin at 750mg right now i am on week 5 and have gained like 15lbs of hard muscle but see my arms are getting big my shoulders, back all look very good but my chest just doesnt seem to be growing i have always kind of followed a pretty sold routine being 2 muscle groups a day 5 days a week but i have been feeling sooo good on the juice so have been hitting almost everything everyday sense start of cycle and not impressed with my chest at all i mean other people r complimenting me all the time but i dont really see it well basically what i am asking is it normal to hit many muscle groups in a day while on juice as well as do u think that is the reason my chest isnt growing please suggestions r greatly appreciated guys please help out and i will gladly spread some karma i really appreciate it guys ... 5 weeks left on cycle and need to get the best out of it ...

I hear you with the lacking chest. My first cycle was the same. I gained alot of strength on my db incline presses but pec growth was minimal.

If you are working every muscle every day like you said that is definetely too much. I noticed that taking a few days off after a few consecutive days of hard training was very helpful for muscle gain. Maybe vary your routine up. Chest ideas:

db inclines/db flat presses
hammer strength bench
cable crossovers
dumbell pullovers
db incline/flat flys

Good luck!

Look, you are def. overtraining my man. Rest is so overrated. Work your chest once a week and hit it hard, on a day alone, and do 12-15 sets. do one incline movement, one flat, really focus on strong fly/cable work and maybe finish off with one 4-5 rep max out on decline.

thx alot man that looks alot like my normal chest workout i just get so pumped i dont wanna leave the gym anyway sent karma your way thx for the help any1 else have any suggestions please help me out all posts r greatly appreciated...

Chest has always been my weak point as well. Started hitting heavy fly's and stopped presses all together, and it's definitely working. I'll do three heavy sets of flat d-bell flyes, 3 heavy sets of heavy incline flyes, and 3 lighter sets of pec-deck, all sets to failure. I know this will not work for everyone, but for me, it has worked very well. Presses never really fatigues my pecs like the heavy fly's do.

if you are seeing no results in your chest you are not doing it right. When you bench do you keep your elbows back? Do you incline flat and decline and do dumbells? Very important on form when working chest.

i am pretty sure i do it right i am a big fan of incline i love it and i make sure i grab really wide so i only hit chest as well as very slow movements to concentrate on the squeeze i mean i hit chest all the time i am pretty comefortable with my chest workout

usually i will start with incline then go to flat both barbell then go to cable crossovers both upper and lower really like thoughs, slow concentrated stretch then usually pec deck or hammerstrength machine or something to finish me off...

i guess the moral of this story must just be overtraining i just get so pumped i never want to stop thx alot for the help guys any other posts r really appreciated guys...

Hey bro...

Really focus on the spped of your rep...
The bro's hit it on the head when they siad focus on the incline movements....Flat press IMO is iver rated (as i stated IMO)...

I notice alot of people who have nchanged there workout's from focusing on flat to incline movement and flyes have made drastic improvements....Make sure to squeez on the top...

One trick I learned was when doing flyes and incline press's do not lock out on the top and stay about one inch off your chest this keeps contsant tension on the muscle...also stretch between stes and flex alternate the two betweeen set's..good luck bro...
