try changing things up a bit. try some new execises,i am constantly switching my chest routine around. the best move i have made to date is not relying on bar presses so much. i have centered my chest workout around heavy db presses. 10- 12 sets of heavy db's, and i always switch my last four sets with different finishing exercises, cable crosses to failure,hammerstrength,high rep machine fly's, shit sometimes , good old fashion push-ups. hope this helps, peace.
