not impressed with my chest on first cycle...

Do some dumbell pullovers (only half motion, to work chest primarily) along with some steep incline close grip (shoulder wide)barbell presses.
My chest used to suck but once I incorporated those two exercises my chest exploded.

damn havent done pullovers in soooo long gotta bring them back into my workout thx for the tip lata...
 
try changing things up a bit. try some new execises,i am constantly switching my chest routine around. the best move i have made to date is not relying on bar presses so much. i have centered my chest workout around heavy db presses. 10- 12 sets of heavy db's, and i always switch my last four sets with different finishing exercises, cable crosses to failure,hammerstrength,high rep machine fly's, shit sometimes , good old fashion push-ups. hope this helps, peace.
 
Common problem....

Unless you're unusual, lots of guys are frustrated on chest development.

It's actually a less-used muscle, so it just develops later. Shoulders and back do well because they get so much work naturally.

Be patient....the gains will come.
