hey bros i have been applying 1/4 pipette of yohimburn to each pec, before i run 5x a week on empty stomach with about 500 cals below maintenance, i have been on it for a week with a 5 on 2 off method, my chest looks undefined now and a little saggy, and a little more to pinch there, i thought yohimburn was supposed to burn fat:mad: , i dont know if the 3 hrs of cardio a wek is worth it :(

You could be holding some water...how much carbs are you eating? Also you may be doing too much cardio, sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad.

5 days a wk 30-45mins a session, about 150-200 arbs a day
 
If thats low intentisy and you have one day a week where your doing nothing than your prob not overtraining. The carbs are not too high but you could try adding in some ALA and see if that drops off some of the water.
