Hmmm...good answer to the question. I'm not sure why he got mad at you for simply stating what the law is. I'm a Native American and a lawyer, and I didn't know the answer to that question right off the bat. I would have had to look that up. As far as whether the reparations to the Native Americans have been appropriate or whatever, I really don't want to argue that point on a fitness site...lol.
