No more gains; can’t sleep.

My meals are pretty decent too, I am getting lots of chicken, eggs and milk ... bagles, brown bread, rice.... all the extra protein makes me really thirsty so I have a bottle of water with me where ever I go .....

Dead lifts and squats I really like them ... only wish I could bench more ...

If you think I am taking too many supplents .. which ones should I cut out?

If I am to reduce my training to 3/4 days a week, how should I hit all the body parts effectively ?

Thanks!!

Sounds like you have very little to worry about bro, but take the overtraining thing seriously, you can and should take big breaks once in awhile (72 hours off)... even though you think you are fine your nervous system is getting shot to hell and your sleep problems are only going to get worse... you'll be amazed at the feeling of well being and the newfound strength from letting your tendons rest & repair.

He is apparently giving you advice on how to get sleep. That is not the answer though, if in fact you are overtraining...

If he has insomnia not related to overtraining than he might try trazodone. Trazodone is quite effective and non addicting. It is a better choice than GHB which has a rebound effect and can be addicting.

I guess you guys have made me come to the realization that my sleep problems are from overtraining, because in the past I have never had sleep problems. I'll cut back from 5 days to 3/4 days, and lets see how that works out, ... and to my understanding I really can't expect any gains if I am not getting sufficient sleep.

Do you guys think any of the supplements I am taking are a waste? On reading more threads, I've come to the apparent realization ppl here are taking quite a few hardcore things.
Any suggestions on what may work for me (hopefully with out long term side effects) to shoot my weight to 200lb?? I get the feeling I would be better of starting with stuff available over the counter, rather than finding funky sources.

Thanks for any advice!

Eat tons of solid food and the only things I recommend are multivitamins, protein (whey), creatine, glutamine and sometimes meal replacement powders when you dont have the time for a meal. Good luck and stay away from the pro-hormones. Bad. Bad.

It sounds like your over training, and I'm prob guilty as you and have sleep problems and take trazadone it helps. I'm finaly thinking of one body part a week its gonna be hard after 20 years of training for long periods 6 days aweek.
