I'm starting to start back into working out. I looking primarily to add lean mass and improve sports performance. I've used primarily a whey protein and glutamine post workout carb and protein shake 40grams of each, creatine and zma is the past and all have worked tremendously. I'm thinking about adding some new supplements. I can get great deals on urban biologics night charger 720 grams for 31 bucks. and hotrox fat burner 80 caps for 40 bucks are either of these products effective? Are they worth the money? Any one who has tried them please let me know. Also if there are any new supplements you suggest I try I'm all ears. Thanks for your help.
