I was recently at my Dr. and he put me on felodepine. He mentioned that it was a form on niacin meant to raise Hdl. I've only been on it for 2 weeks now and in a couple of weeks I will go in to see the Dr. At first 5 mgs made my heart palpatate and they lower it. Now I'm on 5mgs and feel great.

you sure about that name? felodipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker used in the treatment of hypertension.
