Newbie with Sust, Deca, Clomid

First timer with juice:

Stats: 5'10, 150lbs, 13% BF, 22 years old

Goals: Mass, muscle, lowering of BF. (Ideally want to gain 20lbs in my first cycle)

I have the following:

40 250mg doses of sust
10 250mg doses of deca
10 50mg tabs of clomd

I am going to get 30 1g tabs of Arimidex soon (hopefully).

Can you guys recommend me a cycle including dosages of anti-estros?

I'll let others make your cycle BUT I would be wary of ppl suggesting shit like 1g/test per week. I would even recommend leaving out the deca and or not going past 500mg test/week for 8-10 weeks, just seems like overkill/waste. With your (somewhat pathetic) stats, proper eating, good gear I can see you putting on the max mass just with that! IMHO you have enough gear there for 2 cycles, sust for sure maybe even deca! I would also suggest if you want the max mass forget about your BF%, gear up and eat like a fukin horse.

Hey,

we shouldnt be here to criticize people on their stats, but it is true that some jump into the game too early. If you're asking these questions before you decide AAS is right for you then you are on the right track. 150lb...I am sure you could get up to a higher weight naturally with some good training and proper nutrition and proper recovery. But if you are stuck on AAS this is what I would probably do:

Sustanon 500mg/week - 2x250mg Monday & Thursday
Deca 250mg/week - 250mg Monday (up to you)

for 10 weeks

start PCT at week 13, with clomid at 100mg for the first 8 days and then 50mg for the remaining 20 days. You will need 36 clomid pills for this, get yourself somemore. You also might want to take Avena Sativa during your PCT.

Regarding the armimidex, you could try 0.25mg eod throughout your cycle, and bump it up if needed.

Regarding the Deca: there are possible prolactin gyno implications with this AAS. Neither arimidex nor clomid will prevent or stop this. Bromocriptine or dostinex would be the only way to prevent prolactin increases.

Mohsan...You got a lot of research to do...but I'll give ya my advice IF you're going to do a cycle (enphasis on IF). Just stick with 250mg of sust every 4-5 days...throw in some arimidex at .25mg/ED and you'll be set.

However, I would not recommend you to take any juice at this point, you have alot of room for growth naturally. Try bumping up your calories by about 500-1000 per day and you'll start growing. And if you DON'T bump your calories up, you will NOT grow regardless of whether you're on juice or not. So diet is the key to the whole equation...you gotta figure that out before starting the juice.:)

X was a little harsh but he had some good thoughts in there..And bulldog another; ask 10 people what your cycle should look like and most likely you will get 20 answers..but all should remember diet is the key whether its cutting or bulking!!!
 
Yeah sorry I be a bit harsh I don't understand why he has all that gear and I don't lol.

My concern is that those stats would indicate that unless some sort of genetic freakiness (ie hollow bones LOL) that he is not carrying ANY muscle at all more than someone who does not train. I don't mean he's been working out for a year, I mean NOT AT ALL. At 14% BF he has been eating enough to be something like 165. So if the case is that he has not been training at all then he runs the following risks/likelyhoods:

a) serious physiological injury

b) not knowing if he is even interested/has what it takes to stick to the lifestyle and therefore get big then small again shortly after and be no further ahead with just some stretch marks to show

c) shrivelled nuts

d) flamed
 
Don't listen to these guys. At 150 pounds you are ready to dive into the world of anabolic supplementation. I also suggest using these things called weights. I know I know.... but listen to me. Using weights has been proven to cause muscle growth, something which may prove beneficial in your quest to gain muscle. There have also been some recent controversial studies that showed that as food intake went up, so did weight. We'll wait for the final results of this trial study, but if what I have seen so far is true, the results are not only promising, but capable of shaking the bodybuilding community. Good luck!
 
Man I hate when people rip on others stats. Too skinny or too fat.........Bro give us some history. I think it's kind of weird when people come on here and there first post is what should I do with this gear!?! 150 @ 14% is kinda strange if you are presently lifting. I don't think you are too small to try AAS but I can tell you this. If you don't know how to use weights or food and you hit them both half ass you can gain your 20lbs in your first cycle but you will loose it. You might even end up loosing a couple of pounds you started with. What is your routine now?? There are a lot of good bros on here that can help but you need to give some info.
