so here is the deal. i have been weight training for some time now. i got into it cause i was a fat ass as a kid. i have been lifting since bout 16 on and off. i got serious about a year ago and started researching diets and supplements harcore and took some test boosters and what not and built up and pretty descent frame. im 6'1'' 190 at around 13% BF. Its to the point now that its hard for me to recover after workouts no matter how my supps and diet is. and im not overtraining. i tried to read up on some stuff on here but it looks like im way to far behind to understand any of this shit. so finally the question. is there just a simple oral that i can do without stacking with others and still get results??? i dont need any extreme stack and i dont want to shoot. someone help!!!
