NEWBIE!!!!!. need lots of help

so here is the deal. i have been weight training for some time now. i got into it cause i was a fat ass as a kid. i have been lifting since bout 16 on and off. i got serious about a year ago and started researching diets and supplements harcore and took some test boosters and what not and built up and pretty descent frame. im 6'1'' 190 at around 13% BF. Its to the point now that its hard for me to recover after workouts no matter how my supps and diet is. and im not overtraining. i tried to read up on some stuff on here but it looks like im way to far behind to understand any of this shit. so finally the question. is there just a simple oral that i can do without stacking with others and still get results??? i dont need any extreme stack and i dont want to shoot. someone help!!! :) thanks for reading this peace!

2 - Lifting History: bout 4 years 2 years serious
3 - Height 6'1"
4 - Weight: 190
5 - Estimated BF% 13
6 - Diet 4000 calories mostly of carbs and protein. fats from steaks and flaks seed
7 - Goals: muscle mass without looking like a baloon....no bitch tits
8 - Proposed cycle: 8 week dbol or deca???? (this is where your supposed to come in)
 
bro if you can pull this thread off...and start reading..you made like three bonehead calls already...your age, you have only been lifting for 2 years...and your scared of needles...back to the drawing board for you bro

Thanks for at least laying out the info for us but you don't seem at all ready to me. There are oral only cycles that don't cause water retention, but they are far too expensive considering your reasoning for wanting them. Go with a standard Test E/C run with an Anti-E to stop the bloat. You'll get the desired results and save some $. Orals cause more damage than the scary little needle ever could fyi...steroids and liver

Anything you don't undestand (bolded) that we say, just type into google search and read it all.

Diet needs to be fixed first, "mostly carbs"? NO, need to have plenty of protein, with enouph carbs to give you energy to sustain high intensity training. No protein, to musles...period. Protein must be complete protein, flax seeds are not complete protein. I would shoot for 2g/protein per lb of bodyweight coming from chicken breast, lean steaks, egg whites and fish; and 2-3g carbs/lb of bodyweight.

As far as the gear, if its your first cycle, you can get very solid gains from just running deca alone, 400mg/week for 8 weeks. Diet and training will be the key though.

I'm not sure I'd follow this post to strongly. No offense bro. 8 weeks on Deca not the most worthwhile thing you can do. Running Nandrolones your first cycle is just asking for ProG sides to creep up before you really know how to combat them and he said his diet is "mostly carbs and protein with fats coming from steak and flax" which is fine...And FYI Carbs are as important to getting big as Protein is.

I agree that EFA's and carbs are important, but they are just energy any excess will be stored as fat, also muscle tissue can not be built from carbs and fats only from protein. As far as the cycle, i strongly beleave in starting slow that way there is a room to up the doses and different drugs, some of the advice i have seen, suggesting a gram of gear+ for the first cycle is just all out crazy in my opinion. Also i beleave the doses are experience and weight (LBM) dependent, the heavier you are (more muscle) the more you will prolly need to keep getting bigger. ProG sides can be an issue for some, my roomie ran Nandrolone from his fist cycle, went from soft 195 to solid 225-230 all in 8 weeks of Nadrolone.
 
Not saying Deca is evil bor, I'm running it LOL. Estrogen sides are easier to notice/control than ProG sides, that's your main reason to start with Test. I'm actually a lover of the low dose stuff too. Carbs allow you to use the protein for muscle building. I'm sure you know that, just throwing it out there for the newb LOL
 
I was kinda like you when i started, but about 14%bf....I just ran a 12 week cycle of test prop.....it helped me get to about 11%bf, stay the same weight, and had really good muscle and strength gains....(also i ran adex, 1mg a day), and did my pct.....i took 6 weeks off (about) and jumped on winny, clen (and was really stupid and did 10 days of DNP, really stupid of me)I lost 90% of all my gains from both cycls, got sick, had gass, and smelled bad.....but I did drop to about 9%bf....(I had a clean diet and did cardio at least 4x per week), then i took a cuplemonths off and jumped on sustanonn eq, and winny...I gained all my strength back plus, dropped to about 8%bf, and got alot more cut....when the cycle was finished, I did a good PCT, and didnt loose any muscle or strength, ...one thing that i did, and i dont know if it helped was add a fish oil while i was on the test, becauseit supposable willhelp raise test levels even more....then i also added a regular test booster with tribulas in it with my pct...people where saying i was still getting bigger a month after i was off....So i like prop for a firt cycle, but it hurts like shit...........but DO your reserarch.....I reserched alot, ad still screwed up (not majorly, but still a screw up)
