I recently had rotator cuff surgery but am on the tail end of rehab and can't wait to tear into some heavy weights and would like to get some help on popular cycles, i tried winn 25, ate like crazy, proper protein intake... and had great results from it. prior to the surgery i was going to the gym 5 days a week on an awesome regimen.

I edited the last part of your post as it is against board rules and that was pushing the boundries. As for your question, I would get back into the gym, get on a solid routine and diet for a while before you start thinking about hiting a cycle. Once your ready, access your goals and go from there to decide what componds you want to use. Keep in mind, you can never go wrong with Test :)

I agree because this is basic stuff Bro.
You can't start a cycle NOW and start lifting heavy because you're connective tissue will get blown away after you've been on the bench for so long.
Start training for at least 6 months again before you think about blowing up your muscles past what your connective tissue can handle. You're just begging for an injury otherwise.

there is nothing wrong with cycling (as part of recovery, though some may disagree and say save it till your well- however thats really an individual decision- obviously NO WINSTROL) and especially not with using some GH, but heavy weights are out for a lot of movements. light wieght, strict form and working the "pump" is what you should be doing on pressing and overhead motions

i appreciate everyones help in this matter (i apologize for pushing the envelope 'stang). will email with questions as they arise.

Yup avoid winny because of your joints. Remember that if you are cycling your muscles can become stronger than your ligaments and tendons have had time to accomodate for. So with your rehab, I would avoid heavy weight atm. If you HAD to cycle, a test/deca cycle with strict form and light to moderate weight would be a good idea. Don't overdo it at this point, or you will just be back on then injured list.

Speaks with very wise advice, I always learn when I am on this board.\
