ok, well whats up guys..im not really a newbie i spent alot of time on these boards last summer and from all of the great advice , i lost alot of weight.I was 6'1 245 and went down to 198 in about 5 or 6 months(partly thanx due to Xenadrine-miracle drug IMO).Unfortunatley i let myself slip this winter and im back up to about 215-220.Im on a new diet and new fitness and just would like a lil' feedback from the guys and girls who got me on the right track last year....thanks

Everyday i eat about the same thing it gets boring, but worked.


Morning-2 scoops of whey protein w/ water
2 egg whites
1 package of oatmeal(plain)

Snack - 1 slice of ww bread and a banana

Lunch - Can of tuna or salmon with fat free miracle whip on wwbread or plopped ontop of a salad plain with fat free italian dressing also 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

Snack - 1 scoop protein and 2 pickles

Dinner - either a Healthy choice meal(chicken or beef meals with lowest carb count i can find) or homemade chicken breast seasoned with a lil' lemon pepper seasoning and mixed veggies(broccoli,peapods,carrots,mushrooms)

Late night snack - 1/4 cup cottage cheese

I also drink a gallon of water a day and take 2 doses of Xenadrine a day

i do cardio 5 times a week 30 mins
and lift 3 days a week-mon /wed /fri


Just wanted to see what u guys thought, and maybe give me some advice.Just keep in mind im looking to burn fat, not to bulk up.Thats why i stay away from carbs.

Change the first snack, add somthing high in protein and low in carbs.

Watch eating carrots too, if your weight stalls after a couple weeks cut them out. (sugar)

HIIT cardio or low-intensity? If low-intensity I'd bump it up to 45 minutes on an empty stomach.

Most importantly be carefull with the xenadrine. Im sure you know this already but Im just trying to make it a point to remind people to be carefull with it, we dont need anymore health problems for anyone or bad press with a safe drug :)
