I too am one of those people with "weak" genetics. I graduated high school at 130. After 3 years in the Marine Corps with rigorous training I was at my heaviest...160. I blew out my knee and dropped the weight faster than an ethiopian on crack. When I got out I started to hit the gym as often as I could but couldnt manage to regain the weight. Fast forward to 2 weeks agao....I started my first cycle of Sus 300, 250 mg E4D and as of 2 days ago I was sitting at 182. Of course when I started, I was at 170 and since then I've bumped my meals per day to between 6 and 8 and upped my protein to 200 per day from protein shakes and whatever I get from my other meals.
