You have a full day for biceps?? How many sets do you do?

Why not just throw them in after your back day since you do triceps on your chest day?

Or why not just do a full "arm" day. I've seen people do that, I don't know how well it works though. Personally I've always done triceps on chest day since they work together, and biceps on back day for the same reason.
