New here i'm looking to see how do i go about taking this stuff i just got and yes its my first time taking it. i have d-bol 10mg tabs and winny 50mg tabs. i want to lose more of the gut and beef up the bitch tit. i weigh 206 and i'm 5'10", i'm trying to look good before i go home on leave, thats just a little info for any one to help me get started

Whats yr training routine at the mo?

try the AAS forum, lots of experienced vets there.
 
don't waste your time, you have alot of reading, and research to do.
 
dbol and winny is good but get some test/e as a base. run a 12 wk cycle, try 500mg of test/e split into 2 doses of 250mg wk, take dbol at 25-30mg day for the first 4 wks then the winny at 50-75mg day for the last 4-5wks.
 
Oral only cycles suck and I'd bet $$$ you don't eat enough, train enough, or know enough about AS use to keep any of your gains. If you want tshirt muscles try Synthol. You just pump 50 cc's of oil in each bicep over 4 weeks and you'll look swole as a motherfucker to people who don't know any better.
 
I suggest makeing sure your diet and workout routine are in check before anything/ After that research some simple stacks and go from there
