If I were you I'd wait, get a few years of training under your belt. Learn your body and what works well with out juice. Then when you know the juice will be that much better. I would definately work on your diet. Chicken salad has mayonaise in it. chicken breast is by far better. I would definately learn about core lifts. Bench, squat, deadlift, cleans of all sorts. There is an endless amount of knowledge you can gain from this site. Good luck
