Find out about protein intake, calorie intake, sleep, PROPER training tecniques, PROPER PCT(key) and the side effects of EACH compound you want to take. Take time to find other boards, which have huge steroid libraries with definitions of EACH compound. This is IMPORTANT. You want to know which drug will make you bulk, get stronger, make your dick limp, make you bald, good and bad, learn it.
Personally, im glad i got on. I trained for years, being in martial arts since the age of 12. But, for the life of me, no MATTER HOW MUCH I ATE AND TRAINED, i couldnt break 143 lbs. Many people call themselves hardgainers. But i sat down and calculated the ammount of money i spent on REAL food in one week. I spend 210 a WEEK on fucking food. Tell me im not a hardgainer and i will spit in your face. Anyways, after RESEARCHING alot, and even some flamming(oonly from this board), i learned all i needed to know and took the plunge. My first cycle took me from a starting 138 lbs and blasted me to 178 lbs, and only loosing 5 lbs due to a GOOD PCT. A good PCT=gains kept. My arms went from a 13" to 17.5" prolly close to 18 now.
Just read, read, eat, read,eat,eat and sleep. Then, and only then will you grow!

I've had a similar experience, except that i was in kung fu since 4, and basically obese till 19 yrs old, tried everything to lose weight, then studied and lost weight and got down the weight, but i was never ripped, had good definition of muscles, vasularity etc...

I recently ran a min dose of Winny for 3 weeks only, and only winny, and all of a sudden i got rips, muscle definition and very very very good vascularity, got veins coming out of places that i never even knew i had lol Winny is used on cutting diets, but my response to winny was so good i actually gained noticable hardened dense size.

What i thought about after this happened was; what if i would've just ran a reg dose of primo, var, or winny 3 or 4 years ago (25 now) i would've SAVED SO MUCH money instead of buy useless supplements. Instead of wasting 2-300 dollars every month, i could've just used that money to buy some orals (after educating myself on roids of course).

I've actually been on this site for a good 2 and half to 3 years now, and i started my first cycle like last month.

I got tired of being in "time out" every other post. lol My asshole factor fluctuates w/ my mood I guess? I'm feeling a little more tired than usual. It's been 110-115 degrees the past few days and it's only down to about a chilly 94 degrees at night-which takes a bit of getting used to after 8 months of awesome 60-90 degree weather. No worries. Nothing a hit or two off of the crackpipe won't fix. :p
 
Hi everyone, I will go and check out the 5x5 you all were mentioning. I will agree on this that my routine does need improvment. I don't exactly know what I can do to switch it up with Wednesdays off are a must :) I will go to the training forum and see what there is to offer and I know there is alot since I got such a response at this thread and again I want to thank you all for taking time and actually letting me know experiences or yourselves and others and what the options are if a move is taken let it be a wrong move or a smart move. I spend 225 at GNC a month for 3 tubs of Whey and 2 tubs of cellmass and yeah, that is a bit much and I was looking to see if I am wasting my money or maybe I am just not training right.. I know though my diet needs to be a bit more than it has been though so I will see about changing that. I wish I could cook, it's pathetic how I cant cook and I cant seem to think of a decent meal to enjoy. I'm headed to the training forum now, thanks again and you all rock! I'll be off my lunch in 30 min.

FUCK GNC bro....WAY WAY overpriced, search online for your supplements, dpsnutrition has MUCH beter prices
