height - 5'10, weight = 145lbs

BF% = 5-7%

NOW
Arms = 14.5in
Forarms = 12in
Waist = 29
Chest = 38
Neck = 15 1/2

3 Months ago
Arms = 12.5
Forarms = 11
Waist = 29
Chest = 34
Neck = 15

Current preacher curl on the machine is 12 reps on 180lbs
Bench is unknown.
Tri pull down = 140lbs
Leg Press = 215lbs

Dont know the legs... they are okay I guess.

Dude,

If I were you I'd wait, get a few years of training under your belt. Learn your body and what works well with out juice. Then when you know the juice will be that much better. I would definately work on your diet. Chicken salad has mayonaise in it. chicken breast is by far better. I would definately learn about core lifts. Bench, squat, deadlift, cleans of all sorts. There is an endless amount of knowledge you can gain from this site. Good luck

man, i just didn't even want to get started on this one.......6' 145 lbs, man oh man..........i figured you would lay out a extremely hillarious post on this one.....you disappoint me with these non-humerous posts Cracker

When this guy says his friends on AAS look great you can't help but consider the source. Doesn't Stacey Keibler weigh about 145# at 6ft tall? Yeah, she looks great, but she is a "she".

Did you notice how my original post was completely overlooked? He didn't even make a feeble attempt at answering those extremely basic questions. Oh well, like I've said before 95% of the guys on roids in the gym don't even look like they workout. He'll fit right in.

im not 6ft tall guys... I am only 5'10is.. if I put 6ft it was a mispost. And for no steroids and being all normal, i'd say I am pretty good at training as you can see from my pics. My delts are bigger than most men and I have a very good physique that i thought need a nice boost since i've been training a while. I do all those excerises you mentioned and again i am NOT 6ft tall, thats TOO tall for me, I am 5'10ish giver take a 1/4 inch shorter

bro, you don't look bad at all, nice and lean, but again, i don't think you are ready for steroids yet man....you got a lot you can gain naturally without the juice......i was 6' 160 when i started training, got to 200 naturally, i think you can easily put on 20 more lbs without the juice
 
I agree with drr that you can still gain natty , can see you hit the gym and good foundation to work on as i said b4 study everything first, and you can thank me later, jumping in head first not smart.... seem to be on the right path bro gl to u littleb
 
Alright, I mean, I was going to keep at it this season and see how the results were moving.. I guess I was thinking about juice maybe a little later on, not precisely right now but later on. I am still building this I know. I am averaging in the gym on the arms alone are around 1-.5 inch a month but it is slowing down. I gained 2.5 inches in 3 months in the arms alone with may early may being the best month and time. It has slowed down recently and I mean Pop-Tarts were something just to throw in there. I do eat Eggs and Oatmeal and drink milk. I drink 6 scoops of whey a day thats 24 grams x 6 = daily whey intake. :) Anyways thank you for the complliment, I know I am not the best but I feel I have accomplished alot in my training and diet for what I have been learning. Chicken breasts are very good and I just need to stay away from the Marie Calender's Microwave dinners... Its really bad I know but I dont know how to cook, lol. Anyways, keep em' coming thanks everyone
