Two new recipes I tried this weekend. Both need a blender to make (what would we do without a blender!).
I usually eat plan cottage cheese at night but I tried this last night:
1 cup egg whites
cottage cheese
fruit
Blend - drink
Another in-between meal:
soy milk (or fat-free milk)
sweet potatoes (cook in microwave until very soft, take off skin)
Cinnamin
Banana
Blend - eat
