Exodus, thanks again for the advice on going heavier on my stiff legged deads. I can see a noticable difference in my hamstrings now that I'm deiting again. Yesterday, although I'm down to 216 (from 231), and hadn't eaten any carbs since Friday, and did 425 for 5 reps on my sl deads. Up 20 ibs from my 405 for 5 record from 4 weeks ago.

glad its working for you, keep at it, your a beast!!!!

Mike, I'm on a tight budget right now. I eat cheap food, and use cheap gear (that's why I make my own, so I can juice for $10 a week), I don't think I can afford the camera, especially since I have a new girl and have to spend money taking her out.

If I manage to find a friend with a labtop, I could try to take some though. The gym was packed yesterday when I did it, and I got props from a couple of guys, so I would LOVE to show off on EF with that. I think I'll try 435 next week, since my hammies and lower back are not sore from 425. I thought they would be though, since 405 burned the first time I tried it, for a day or so.

Anywho, I knew taking Exodus's advice on this had to be a good idea, after seeing a pic of his ham's on here... they are freaky. Mine have gotten noticably larger in the last 5-6 weeks.

I find posting videos helps all around - the guy posting can learn from someone more experienced, other people can learn from the poster, etc.

MR, I think you are right about that on the videos. It could also be a useful tool to be able to see yourself and make sure your form is right.

mike miller (mule)- atleast i think it was him. said the greatest piece of equipment you can own is a video camera.

Good shit Jason. 425x5 is getting really up there, not a bad conventional deadlift for many lifters. I'm working to hit 20 SLDL w/ 275, even if I am taking it a bit slow. Without straps it's a real friggin' bear.

I remember when you were working with 365. You've improved a LOT in a short amount of time. Slow down! :) ;) (Seriously, don't. I'm rootin' for ya.)
