Hey EVERYONE ! My friend told me about this site yesterday at the gym. He said that its a great site with alot of info! Wellp he was right. Well i just signed up and wanted to just say hi to everyone :)

SOmethings about me:

16 years old
210 pounds
28% bodyfat
Bench:210(max)
Squat:300 (max)
Not planning on taking any growth hormons.. atleast not yet since im only 16.

Not much into drugs, except for pot... and thats only once in a while :havoc:

just signed up for gym 3 days ago, and i LOVE IT !! YMCA.. the gyms is really big and not very crowded :D

Wellp, its great being here, i hope ill make some friends here :)

I hope your not thinking about gear yet either!! Your natural test levels are through the roof right now. Creatine, Protien, and glutamine is all you need right now. Cardio and diet is your keyt now. Drop some of that fat and dont over train and you'll be on your way!!
 
I wouldnt even bother with that. If you change your diet and commit yourself to your training you wont need anything but a solid diet right now!!

Well when i became your age, ill be one mean mother fucker cause i signed up at exactly 7/10/02 12:30 PM, and been lifting for 3 - 4 hours straight EVERY DAY SINCE !! IN one year, look at me again, then say whatever the fuck you wanna... ;-D"


Welcome Bro, You sound like your on a mission; which is good, But working out 3-4 hours strait is only going to retard your process. Hit the training board/diet board and take in as much info as possible.

I'm about the same position has you and I'm not doing ROIDS either. Currently I spend all my bux on Myoplex which I think will give you the best gains too. I would avoid ROIDS for awhile bro.

Welcome abored youll learn alot here but I hope you dont plan on using gear at 16 your best bet is to straight up lift till your like 18 than try AS.Well good luck Bro
 
Welcome to the board. Click around and check out the search. It will do wonders for you. Ahhhh to be 16 again and know what I know now. :p
