Hey bro.... Your getting some good solid Advice from the bros here....diet diet diet is he key! Keep a food log, weight and measure your food. I was in the Marine Corp almost 30 years ago and guess what you will do every morning? Morning PT! Get into that habit now! Morning run every day will get you lean and mean!
Would love to see a complete training log too... My advice.... No cycle... Haven't been training nearly long enough... Get diet in check... We are all here to help
