I've came a long way on the body fat, just feel like ive peaked, and i dont know what else I can do about my diet, if you guys have any advice on that, please by all means let me know, I was in it to do it right, just getting fed up with not seeing quick results, looking to get them faster and cut faster, i feel i work to hard not to be cutting and gaining muscle...
and the advice ive been getting is, the more muscle i gain, the more fat it is going to eat... maybe my information is wrong, maybe im working out wrong... like i said im lost thats why im thinking of going this route
If you think you've peaked then that the body's way of settling into a confort zone,Steroids are not the answer ,what you now need to do is re-evaluate your diet and eat every 2 hour 6-7 smaller servings each containing some protein, and upon wakening do morning cardio on an empty stomach this does a hatchet job on body fat, some times you have to step outside your confort zone to get things done!
