New, looking for advice

Hello,

Im currently 6'0", 265lbs... Been working out for about 8 months, steady diet, i box for cardio and do the olipitcal. Ive noticed gains in strength originally, been taking M5 preworkout, Androbolix Test boost, and Synthia 6 protien. Im looking to get better results, I know diet is important and im doing good with it, I think ive just peaked. Im about to purchase some Deca, and Test P, and possibly some Stanozolol. I was looking for advice. My buddy told me since im prone to panic attacks not to take Stanozolol. Im wanting to cut weight to about 225lbs, and gain muscle in the process. Any takers on advice, much appericated. A little nervous about the needles but I need to make progress.

What is your body fat% and how often do you train? What does your workout look like? And don't purchase ANY deca or test p yet that is definetly not going to be a good first cycle bud

This is something we def need to know.

If your 265 at 15% bf then your a big mofo and I'll help you make a cycle. However if your 265 at 30% you might be a tub of lard and need to get in better shape first.

Also how old are you.

Cutting from 265 to 225 is going to be your diet though bro.

Okay, Well im def not a big mofo at 265... I def have quite a bit of body fat but no where where I used to be, Ive made a lot of muscle gain and its ate a lot of my fat, I cant say for sure what my body fat is, but its defintally not good... im 22 years old, ill be 23 in august.... I box 3 days a week, my current lift schedule is mon-chest/tris, tues-shoulders/traps, wens- legs, thurs-back/bis,friday- lightarms/light chest, saturday- legs again, and i mix that up from time to time on the days, Ive been considering joining the marines, and i was told i needed to cut 10% more body fat to be eligible, if that helps in anyway
 
Diet diet diet.....and more diet. did I mention diet? If it were me I wouldnt do that cycle anyway for your first go around and goals in mind. It seems to be the theme of today but if you can reach your goals naturally with a tweaked diet or work out routine you will maximize your results if you end up going on the gear. If it were me Iand I had a fear of needles I would look at katana from mrsupps.com its an oral and has had some good feedback. Im purposely being vauge with supporting info for that oral I only mentioned it to get away from your current plan, I still think diet is a better option.
 
Yes I want the best advice man, def, rag on me if you have to, no worries here... Just want to cut weight and gain muscle, faster than its going now, been peaked at about 265 for 2 months now, people tell me im losing weight and looking stronger but its def not showing on the scale, i dropped about 20lbs in the first few months, been real slow since then
 
Definetly listen to some of these guys bro diet is first and for most! I was 6'1 255 about 4 months ago and now I'm down to 215 with 17% BF so it is very possible to get down a little more THEN think about a cycle because if you did one now....yes you would get strength and muscle BUT you wouldn't see it as much if you have alot of extra body fat ya know? And like I said before we are Here to help and give advice, we can't make you listen and can't make you not try a cycle but it would be best to get in better shape first
 
The problem is, I believe my diet is good, I dont have a good appetite naturally, but ive been taking b12 1500 to increase my metabolism, I completely cut anything fast food, I was considering going vegan to cut but i dont know If i can pull it off.... drinking 2 protien shakes a day, chicken or fish, greens, mixed veggies everyday, no breakfast except a shake i know thats bad but just cant stomach food when I wake up.I got a good connect to get the stuff I need, Ill have someone hit me with the needles, I just dont want to mess this up, Im sure you all see this a lot.

You seem to be persistent in doing a cycle.....so if that's your decision and won't be swayed away from that them I would recommend trying an oral cycle first.....katanadrol as ranger had mentioned earlier is a great oral to add good lean muscle and reduce fat....it is very effective so if you are going to do a cycle regardless of what we say definetly take some advice and go with this direction instead of an injectable......and ragging on you is not necessary to get our point across no one is here to put you down just try to guide you in a better direction

Im more intrested to see what a typical days diet would be for you an HONEST from breakfast to midnight snack ...pre and post work out specifications as well.
 
okay ranger here it goes, this is what i ate yesterday

7am protien shake then worked out

10am some nuts and a apple

12pm piece of fish some mixed veggies i have bagged up

prob around 3pm protien shake

6pm - 2 pieces of chicken, some potatoes, and some mixed veggies

sometime before bed i ate a banana and a apple and some nuts

i know it doesnt sound like a lot but like i said, last year or two just havent had much of an appetite,force myself to eat sometimes

i use extra virgin olive oil when i cook, no salt, no pepper, no sauces for the meat

You will not be disappointed in the site....best site around in my opinion plus they really care about their products and customers they will not release a product that doesn't work....and just take 15 minutes and google each ingredient one by one.....you will see it does nothing for you! If you think you've peaked then that the body's way of settling into a confort zone,Steroids are not the answer ,what you now need to do is re-evaluate your diet and eat every 2 hour 6-7 smaller servings each containing some protein,and upon wakening do morning cardio on an empty stomach this does a hatchet job on body fat, some times you have to step outside your confort zone to get things done!

Thank you Radar, Ive been running hills first thing in the morning(before protien shake and workout), Def see differences, just not as fast as I would think I would. I guess time heals all
 
Mac bro these guys here really look out for each other. I was in the same boat as you. Around Christmas I got my shit back on track lost 30 lbs to get my body fat in check before I went with gear. The thing that made the difference has been everything that goes in my mouth. Nothing goes in now that doesn't serve a purpose. Including alcohol. I tweaked my diet again for my stint on gear but not by much and it was easier with me keeping track of everything I eat for the past 3 months. RADAR is right also with the meals and amounts. I currently eat 8 times a day small meals packed with good stuff and I feel great on top of it all. Also you can not go wrong with needtobuildmuscle's website. It takes a while to read through the products but it's really no different than GNC. Except this shit works and doesn't rape your wallet in the process. Never renew your gold card again.
You can def get the results you want naturally by tweaking a few things and keeping that cardio up. Good luck bro and keep it on the grindstone.

I've been reading through this thread and I am so glad to have read this specific post of yours Bro. Diet is easily 85% of your success-factor. What you put in your mouth vs your training is SO important. I have mentioned to my wife the other night that I wish more ppl would do the effort of researching AAS and discovering this site. Once you have discovered this site and chatted to some of the guys you realize that diet is SO important for either gaining or losing weight and we would then have a significant drop in ppl messing up their bodies with AAS too soon in their lives, or by not using it correctly.

Good luck with the diet and training Bro, and like CEO said, if you feel that you have hit that plateau, it is probably time to shake things up and change the routine of both diet and training ... it usually works.

The simple fact of the matter is there are countless people all over the world with great BF levels who dont rely on everything but the kitchen sink, they do it with proper food and exercise choice.

Everyone here is looking for a quick fix, something in a powder or pill to drop the pounds. But guess what, until you learn to modulate your weight naturally all the supps in the world are only going to be a bandaid fix. They may get you near where you want to be but how are you going to stay there if you cant even get their on your own?

If your diet is so good, exactly how many calories do you consume a day? How much protein, carbs and fat? If you cant tell me that and you have no idea exactly what you consume daily then its pretty damn hard to figure out what you need to do to change things if you dont even know what your consuming now.

Tell us exactly what your diet looks like, how many carbs/fat/pro are you trying to get every day?

As for exercise, what do you do specifically to brun fat? And please dont tell me some 30 minutes on the treadmill/stationary bike or jogging crap, its a waste of time, scientifically proven by many studies to be FAR FAR less effective at losing fan that tabatta/HIIT/CF style cardio and much more detrimental to mass gains.

I know i started yesterday only getting my carbs from fruit and oatmeal, i eat a lot of nuts, 3 protien shakes a day, considering going vegan, but for now chicken and fish only meats I eat. Please by all means lay it on me, lay out a diet if you want to, I will follow it to the T. I want results. Hey bro.... Your getting some good solid Advice from the bros here....diet diet diet is he key! Keep a food log, weight and measure your food. I was in the Marine Corp almost 30 years ago and guess what you will do every morning? Morning PT! Get into that habit now! Morning run every day will get you lean and mean!

Would love to see a complete training log too... My advice.... No cycle... Haven't been training nearly long enough... Get diet in check... We are all here to help :)
