I love bacon. Its one of my fav supps, no kiddin.
Had some with my eggs and toast this morning.

I think I have like 6 Lbs in the freezer. I should be the bacon king of ChiTown!

Yeah y can't beat grilled bacon egg and grilled tomatoes with a chunk of brown bread yum yum. My appetite is crazy ATM the test is making me eat like a horse hsha

I agree that it's not do much maxing out. But it'd kinda made me think I'm maybe pushing myself a lil hard like last wk when I missed them couple reps I thought was the end of the world lol I was so hard on myself that it kinda worries me that I push myself like that I could end up injured maybe this tendon thing is a warning. It's true what you say though zed if I fail a rep part of the game is to fail them try again where I think I've been so determined not to miss that rep !
 
Ok so got myself some these powder jellotine sachets had a read of the label and yeah I can see how this works with the calcium and jellotine but after that I read that it's infact made of pigs stomach ewwwww! And they say you are what you eat!! Hmmm cheeky buggers! Lol

Yeah I'm done with security til end jan now as no one seems to tour Uk the dec or jan lol maybe too cold for them. And no one can afford tickets with Xmas n that. I don't mind though I have another job only couple hours a day which tides me over with money til then also Elaine's working crazy hours over Xmas so her wage is more than enough even with my huge appetite lol. So then any idea when ur moving Jen?

You know, I really need to figure out when I'm going to move. Ok, school starts Jan. 9th. So I'll probably move the week before to get ready and unpack and get settled. My car is already jammed packed as I've been slowly trying to gather things up that I'll need. I'm obviously leaving all of my furniture and things like that because my husband will still live in our house. However, all of my clothes, bathroom stuff, and some decorations and essential things like MY STEREO I'm brining. So, it looks like I live in my car ATM. I'm still trying to debate what to do for Christmas. We spent thanksgiving with my mother-in-law in Virginia. My mom and dad and grandmother live in Mobile, AL (4 hours away which is actually where I'm moving to for school).....My granddad died recently so I know it's going to be an extremely hard Christmas for my grandmother. They were married like 60 something years. Also, my brother is flying in from Jersey City, which is where he lives, and I typically only get to see him 1 or 2 times a year. Well, the catch is that my husband has my stepson that weekend (Christmas weekend). We have him Friday, Sat and Sun (Christmas morning) but he goes back to his mom's house Christmas evening at 5:00. My husband has to work on Monday as usual. So!!! I'm stumped!! I really want to see my brother and make this Christmas easier on my grandmother. Plus I didn't get to see any of them for THanksgiving. I need to have the inevitable talk with my husband to see just how mad he might get or be at me if I go to Mobile for Christmas!! I want to be with him as well so it's just hard either way.

What will yall do for Christmas? Yall do celebrate Christmas over there right? Know I put my foot in my mouth by telling you Happy thanksgiving!! :) LOL!!

So, I know I didn't answer your question about moving because I honestly don't know!! :) I also don't want to miss a day working out so I'll move on the weekend!!! LOL!!

I've also looked for the dead lifts on you tube by diesel crew and I see that I have had issues with them so going to study that too , eee my teachers could never get me to do homework at school now look at me haha!

Bless your heart chika you certianly do bust your ass in the gym.

But on your DL your form is off. Reduce weight and you need to have your back exactly like when you do a squat. That flat.
In the vid I couldnt really see what you were doing with your hips cuz the weight was in the way.


Essentially do exactly the same thing that you do when you squat. The only real diff is that you are holding the weight in your hands instead of on your traps/shoulders.
Keep the bar in light contact with your shins, it should just be brushing your pants.

If you can put your cam a little bit in front on the bar I might be able to see better.

This is kinda freaking me out sugazombie. Reverse flys are for rear delts, supraspinatus, that area...not lats...
I cant figure out how he is getting reverse flys to hit his lats. Have him show you how this hits his lats and let me know plz.
If his lats are getting activated you should be able to see it or feel it (put your hand on his lat).
IF you can vid him doing it. I would like to see it. He may be onto something that we just dont do here on this side of the pond, or he may not know what he is talking about.
Just out of curiosity what does he look like, big muscular guy?
 
Thanks so much Zed. Im so pleased with my numbers too! You were right when you said I'd blast past my pb I have on all them now. I will lower my weight for DL and do the squat motion I think I get that now.
I will try find a link of the way he done rev flys if not I will ask him to explain to me how it works lats maybe he got mixed up he was only young and looks pretty new at the job.

I like the carbs pre workout and they do just that sista, give that little extra boost.
And I am so glad taht you really do like the 5x5. It really is my very fav workout program by far.

I'm 9 wks in now I think I go 12 one wk off then nuva 12 ,but the way it works after I hit a wall I try again up to 3 times then if I can't hit the full 5x5 then I delode 10% then once I start not making progress after delodes I then go on to 3x3. It's got me hooked im the most driven I've ever been

And you look back and see where you started and if you took before pics you look at those....yup, very motivational right there.

On 3rd set it hurt my elbow as I tried to snatch up the bar from the rests before my lift so I crouched down and grabed the bar the stood tall so bar was above my head then took it from there . See vid

Yeah screw that sign..no grunting at the gym..? That's like saying no pork rinds at NASCAR or no drinking at the bar. A grunt is a necessity at the gym!

Sugazombie very nice and very impressive! Also try setting the pins so that the bar is at your chest to start with. Just see if you like that or the way you did it here. Both are fine.

I still cant really see you back. But from what I could see from your front it looked like the first 2 were pretty good. On that last one it was a struggle for you and it looked like your back did round some.
Be aware of your knees. It kinda looks like they may be caving in just a bit. Better for them to go outwards then inwards.
Love that grunt at the end!
Keep the bar in (light) contact with your legs all the way up. Drop your hips just a little bit more, get a belly full of air and rip it!

After watching your vid several more times you deff need to lower your hips more. So on your off days do this. Keeping your back as str8 as you can, drop down into a squat just like a baby does. For the first few time just hold that for whats comfortable.
But then after the first few times do it like this.
Drop down into a babies squat.
Keep your back str8!
Now take steps...walk! We call this duck walking.
This will help loosen you up fast!
Just do it for a few mins several times per day on your off days.

Then go over to the Deisel site and really watch the vids of them dling.
Write me a detailed explanation of how to do it.

Your mixed grip is gr8 but alternate hands on each set. That way no biceps issues.
