New log 5x5............

Hey Jen!! how are you today?, I average around 2200 a day and I keep track with calorie counter app it's great @ first I had to weigh everything but my app remembers them as my fav foods so it's so much easier now and I got good at looking at meat etc and knowing the rough weight which is near enough saves messing with scales etc!

Nope he's not a member of EF. Don't think he appreciates working out like we do!! ;)

I'm great ATM thanks Jen lol no no gigs since monkeys on bikes lmao I had a wk off as next week I'm doing a 60 hour wk. I do some 12 hour shifts but the majority are normal 5-8 next week is a one off and I'm glad because how I'm going to fit training in I don't know lol.
Glad your well and as for apps I use one called calorie counter I did use fit day but found that was more American foods were as cal counter is British. My other half loves keeping fit she plays and teaches English footy and spends her days delivering mail walks around 10 mile per day lol.

Hey! I recently downloaded an app for my daughter called My Fitness Pal... It was free and cool cuz you can scan the barcode on foods if you don't want to search for them... You can also add your gym work. The only downfall is that there are no calories attached to the strength exercises (only cardio). Anyhow, after I got it for my daughter I started using it and it's pretty cool. I will say that I was shocked to find that I am averaging 3200 calories a day! And since I don't do cardio, it keeps telling me I'm guna weigh like 300 lbs if I keep this diet up hahahahah

That sounds pretty much like the calorie counter app I have you can also scan on that one and it's great it breaks down you days food so you know protein fats carbs etc technology these days is amazing lol.
Snipers I took a leaf outa your book today lol I ate a whopper meal and loved it naughty I know but wat the hell I can cheat every now and again. Lol 300 lbs somehow after seeing your pics I can't imagine it lol!

Hey Zed I'm working a 60 hour week next week so won't be able to fit cardio in tues and maybe lifting Wed will that be ok I hope it won't interrupt things too much. I just have to take the work while it's there.

No prob sugazombie. Dont ever sweat the cardio. Do you best to get your workout in and if you manage to then gr8 and if you dont then skip that one and pick up with your next. Take care sista!
