Please give me some feedback on my current diet and cycle.
I’m 29 years Old, 1.78meters ( 5ft10 I think )and currently
weigh 86kg (189pounds) with about 13%BF. My goal with the
current diet and cycle is to get a bit harder and drop a few cm (inches)
around the waist. Size is not my goal here but is ALWAYS welcome
and if a happen to pick up some I’ll be more than happy
( When I mention a Protein shake it is a Whey shake consisting of 38grams
protein and 14 grams carb)
Diet is as follows:
7:am 1 cup oats with a Protein shake
10am 5 x Wheetbix and a protein shake
1pm 2 x skinless chicken breasts and a cup of brown rice
3pm tin of Tuna and 1 cup of brown rice
4:30pm Workout
after training USN Muscle Fuel
Supper: 2 x skinless chicken breasts and vegetables (one or more of the following: corn, broccoli, gem squash, butternut)
Before bed: Protein shake
Cycle is: (for 6 weeks)
1 Sust a week
50mg Winstrol Mon, Wed, Fri
150mg Tribolon Tue and Thurs
