New member
Hello All,
I am just starting HGH and I figured I would keep a log so people with similar goals can see.

My stats - 5'10"
245 lbs (I know I am fat ass :) ) down from 263 2 months ago.
31% body fat according to my digital scale
38 years old.

Goals-
Not trying to get bigger, I do have better than average muscle size. I am looking to get down to 200 lbs eventually.

Supplements
Sesopure
Levorex
Gluorell

No AAS

Taking Hyge 2 IU ED

A couple of additional comments:
Diet - Nowhere near clean by this board's standards, but I have cut out trans fats and cut my simple carbs way down and cut portions. This along with weight training and cardio 5 to 6 days a week have enabled me to lose 18 pounds in the last 2 months.

Day 1 and 2 on Hyge - VERY sleepy. Day 2 couldn't even muster a workout. Day 3 took a Vivarin in the afternoon and felt great all day. Sleepiness went away after that.

Day 4-7 No noticable changes.

I do not know "Hyge". My HGH is Saizen.

I do not find HGH to provide quick results or a quick "hit" feeling. It is more like a long term elixer. By long term I mean months.

Results are most measureable by blood testing results. The scale means a lot but not if you are trading fat for muscle.

Diet has a trendous impact. I'd recommend fewer and fewer fast carbs (fruit, sugars and flours) and more and more proteins and slow carbs (veggies) for real quick fat and water loss. You'd be shocked how much water you are holding.

Ever wonder about all your hormone levels?

Hyge is short for hygetropin. I have noticed that it has been blanked out lately, so I am not sure if I can say that on the forum or not. My understanding is that is the now branded brown tops.
I do know that diet makes the biggest difference, and I have improved it a lot and will continue to do so. For me the gradual improvement has made it easier for me to not feel deprived. I will be checking my hormone levels in about 2 weeks.
