New cutting diet

Morning:

Cardio

4 egg whites
Oatmeal with cinamon and splenda

Lunch:

Turkey meat loaf (just meat and a few herbs/spices) and brocolli

Protein shake

Weight lifting then cardio

Dinner:

2 chicken breasts, sweet potato, brocolli.

later on

Some almonds, maybe can of tuna, some fruit?

I try to drink 3 litres of water a day.
I take flaxseed, and a multivitamin.

What do you guys think?
