8 days in Naples florida, weather was great, rain every day like expected, 78-85 everyday.. very nice..

worked on the tan, hatched some gator eggs, fed some gators, did some dolphin watching,.. the kids and grandkids loved it..

surf was up, the food was toooooooo good.

not the whole day, just in the evening along the coast which we were 4 blocks from the ocean.. very nice..

got the word yesterday, doing the final step in hiring for the city i live in to be an employee with the fire dept.. the physical..

no issues, mostly looking for drug use and i don't have a club foot..

Stuffed bell pepper made with lean ground turkey and brown rice, fresh tomato, and low fat cheese sir! First lunch weas grilled chicken with brown rice and green beans smothered in buffalo sauce of course. I love my mid day carb meals. This will be the last of the carbs for today.

That is the plan my good bro. Should come in with lean muscle gains and an achievable TRUE 7 to 8% Bf. Somewhere around 215 @ 6'1". I am hovering between 208 to 211 now and about 10%.

6'1 @ 215 with 7% sweet jesus dude you'd look like a monster I know you can and will do it you got this in the bag! Too easy you should aim for 4% lol jk but shit I'd love to be at 10%

Im 5'6 183-185 right now and I have no idead where my bf% is at probably in the high teens

Bro if you keep that diet in check, drink your water, spread those meals out over 6 small a day, and keep hitting the HIIT you will be there in no time. 4% is contest ripped bro i would love to see that just once.
