Stuffed bell pepper made with lean ground turkey and brown rice, fresh tomato, and low fat cheese sir! First lunch weas grilled chicken with brown rice and green beans smothered in buffalo sauce of course. I love my mid day carb meals. This will be the last of the carbs for today.
