Never realized a healthy diet would make such drastic results!

i didnt know people ever came up short on protien, i eat way more then i need to, i find it hard finding foods that dont have tons (steak,chicken,eggs/egg whites, penut putter etc.)
 
Laser- I have the personal trainers at the local gym measure me with the ol calipers...then I average the 3 different PTs numbers because they aren't always consistent. I'd kill to be 200 lbs. and 8% but I'm afraid to bulk up and gain unwanted fat.
 
bleedout, is the diet really helping that much? i too am in college and eat the pizza and all that crap...and see minimal gains. can someone post a good diet, or a link, i am not a plat. member and the search only brings up like 5 posts. thanks!
